Located on a hill site on the edge of the traditional village Katavati. On the land there are still some traditional small stone buildings (a total of 55 m2) that are called "Themonies" which were used to stack hay. An additional 115 m2 can be build.

Within a 15 minute walk through the country site you are in the capital Apollonia with it's taverns, bars and boutiques and a 10 minute drive brings you to a variety of beautiful beaches.
